The chairs arrived in good shape although there were a couple of scratches on one of the legs and one on one of the chairs.
The chairs are very sturdy, and i trust they will last me several years.
I live in Nova Scotia Canada and the chairs came from the states so the wait time I expect was a bit longer than if i resided in the USA. However, it was definately worth the wait!
